TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL

IMPORTANT & URGENT

Dear Sir,

Sub: Renewal of Membership for 2015-2016 for purpose of Election Last date – 31st August,  2015.

Please refer to our circular no: Sec/Mem/634 dated 24th March, 2015 along with our subscription memo and subsequent reminders requesting you to renew membership of the Council  for the year 2015-2016.  We regret to inform you that the Council has not received your payment for membership renewal till date.

Hence you are once again requested to send the membership Subscription  fee for the year 2015-2016 amounting to Rs.11343/-  (Rs.7353/- only for Permanent S.S.I. Units)  so as to reach the Council latest by 31^st August, 2015. The Membership and Registration (RCMC) of those who do not pay the membership fee may be cancelled without further notice.

We would also like to inform you that only those members who renew their membership by 31st August, 2015  shall be considered eligible to vote and stand for election at the next Annual General Meeting of the Council to be held in the month of  September, 2015.
