Sub:  Fortnight Long AEO Drive - Creation of facilitation Helpdesk

 

Dear Member,

JNCH has issued Public Notice No. 9/2021 dated 22nd January, 2021 regarding Fortnight Long Authorized economic operator (AEO) Drive - Creation of facilitation Helpdesk.

Kind attention is drawn to the CBEC Circular No. 33/2016 dated 22.07.2016 (as amended), and Circular No. 54/2020-Customs dated 15.12.2020 issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxation & Customs, New Delhi.

  • In addition to other functions, AEO Cell at Room No. 106, C wing, 1st Floor, JNCH, Nhava Sheva will act as “Facilitation Helpdesk” for any query related to filing of new applications for different tiers (T1, T2,T3 & LO) and problems, if any, being faced while processing of pending applications.

  • Importers/Exporters/Customs Brokers/Stake-holders may contact the following officers of AEO Cell, JNCH:
