Sub: Initiation of Sunset Review - Anti-dumping investigation concerning on the imports of Viscose Staple Fibre originating in or exported from China PR and Indonesia.
Dear Member,
The Council has received a communication from the O/o Directorate General of Remedies (DGTR) informing about the initiation of the Sunset Review on anti-dumping investigation concerning on the imports of Viscose Staple Fibre originating in or exported from China PR and Indonesia vide Notification No. 7/03/2021-DGTR dated 22nd February, 2021.

Investigation period (IP) |

The period of investigation for the present investigation is 1st October, 2019 – 30th September, 2020 (12 months). The injury investigation period will cover the period from 1st April, 2017 - 31st March 2018, 1st April, 2018 – 31st March, 2019, 1st April, 2019 – 31st March, 2020 and the period of investigation. |

Important Points to be noted while filing the Questionnaire –
In case you are an importer/consumer/user of the subject goods, the Investigation Authority gives you an opportunity to defend your interests and assist the Authority to arrive at a fair decision and, thus, requests you to file your response to the Questionnaire available at the links

Response to the Questionnaire must be in English and all supplementary information provided with the Questionnaire must be certified by the Chief Executive of your Company.
Although a Questionnaire is given, the Designated Authority reserves the right to call for any information in this regard at any time during the investigation and the course of AD proceedings. You may also submit any additional information relevant in this regard.
