Sub: Anti-dumping Investigation on Import of Polyester Yarn from India by Brazil
Please refer to the above-cited investigation regarding the Anti-Dumping investigation on import of polyester yarn from India by Brazil on which this Council has been sending communication to the Member-exporters from time to time.
In this regard, as per the update obtained by this Council from the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) New Delhi, the EOI has received SECEX Letter No. 495/2021/CGMC/SDCOM/SECEX dated 11 June 2021, copy of the letter along with its unofficial translation done in the EOI and translation of the forwarding e-mail received along with the letter (download).
As it is understood, in view of the deadlines of the investigation, interested parties are requested to manifest themselves regarding the suggested CODIP presented by KTR Fios and the considerations contributed by Sintex, as well as to forward other manifestations regarding the proposed CODIP by the petitioner and/or new CODIP proposals, by June 28, 2021. Any change in the CODIP will be informed to interested parties as additional information in response to the questionnaires.
Pursuant to SECEX Ordinance No. 30 of June 8, 2018, the participation of interested parties in the course of this trade defense investigation must necessarily take place through process No. 52272.004952/2020-58 in the Decom Digital System - SDD, whose address is http://decomdigital.mdic.gov.br.

Members are requested to make note of the same and do the suitable needful.
