Re: List of Events proposed by the Council for the year 2021-22
We are glad to inform you that as part of the Council’s “Export Promotion Programmes” for the year 2021-22, the Council has decided to organize participation of member-companies in the following 10 Events, comprising 9 International Events and 01 Reverse Buyers Sellers Meet (RBSM) in Mumbai for the year 2021-22:

In this context, in order to enable your company to plan in advance for participation in the above listed International Fairs & RBSM of your interest, we request you to shortlist the Fairs of your choice, and please arrange to confirm the same by filling-in the “REPLY FORM”.
As for participation of member-companies in any of the above-mentioned Int’l Fairs, we would like to inform you that all eligible participants will be entitled to claim re-imbursement of the cost of airfares (actual costs or the maximum ceiling, whichever is lower) of eligible representatives subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions. This re-imbursement on cost of 2-way airfares will be available, in addition to the MAI subsidy on the actual cost of participation charges given by the Organizers of the Events through MAI Grant given by the Department of Commerce (DoC), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India
In connection to the above MAI facility, please note that the Council has sought for MAI Grant for all the above events, and approval from the Ministry of Commerce is still awaited. The above-mentioned benefits under MAI Scheme will be available to all the eligible participants subject to the approval of MOC.
Furthermore, the above physical events will be subjected to COVID-19 protocols and guidelines on international travelling framed by the Govt. in the days to come.
Please note that the booth allocation to participating member-companies in all the Fairs will be based on “first-come-first-served” basis.
