Anti-dumping Investigation on polyester filament yarn products by Vietnam

Sub: Anti-dumping Investigation on polyester filament yarn products by Vietnam

This is with reference to the Anti-dumping Investigation initiated by Vietnam on polyester filament yarn products originating from the People’s Republic of China, Republic of India, Republic of Indonesia and Malaysia, since April 2020.

On 11 March 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade vide Decision No. 864/QDBCT extended the time for investigation.

In this regard, the Trade Remedies Administration of Vietnam is holding a public consultation on 30 August 2021 as per the following details:

1. Time: 0900-1200 HRS on 30 August 2021 (Hanoi Time)
2. Venue: Meeting Room No. 904, 23 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
3. Language: Language and text used in the consultation will be in Vietnamese
4. Method: Virtually
