Sub: CBIC extends FORM GSTR-3B late fee Amnesty Scheme from 31.08.2021 upto 30.11.2021 

Dear Member,   

CBIC has issued Notification No. 33/2021 – Central Tax dated 29^th August, 2021 by making further amendments in Notification No. 76/2018– Central Tax dated 31^st December, 2018 in order to extend FORM GSTR-3B late fee Amnesty Scheme from 31^st August, 2021 upto 30^th November, 2021. 

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
