Sub: Comments regarding Levy of Anti - Dumping Duty (ADD) on Polyester Spun Yarn (PSY)
It is to inform that the final findings of DGTR dated 19th August 2021 recommended levy of Anti-Dumping Duty on Polyester Spun Yarn (PSY).
In this regard, to examine the matter thoroughly, the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Textiles request this Council for consolidated data as per the below/attached proforma.
