Sub: Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance), Amendment, Regulations, 2021 

Dear Member, 

CBIC has issued Notification No. 86/2021-Customs (N.T.) dated 27^th October, 2021 by making further amendments in the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998. 

These regulations may be called the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance), Amendment, Regulations, 2021, and shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
