We are glad to inform you that Mexico – India Business Opportunities Forum will be celebrated from Tuesday 16th to Thursday 18th November 2021, under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy of Mexico, the Embassy of India in Mexico, and the India-Mexico Business Chamber (IMBC). This grand event will be of utmost importance to strengthen the bilateral trade relationship, which in 2018 exceeded USD 10 billion in trade exchanges, as it seeks to create liaisons among the various trade and investment stakeholders from both countries.
The programme for this forum will consist of an inauguration ceremony led by government representatives on Tuesday 16th November, followed by a trade forum where both countries will showcase a selection of their products. On the second day, Wednesday 17th, a series of virtual round-tables on two major sectors of interest to the bilateral commercial relation, will take place. Finally, as a conclusion to this forum, there will be virtual investment rounds on the last day.
The Mexican Ministry of Economy will present an investment roundtable, to be held on Thursday 18th November at 20:30 hours New Delhi time / 9:00 hours Mexico City time (subject to change). This virtual investment roundtable will consist of a detailed presentation of the opportunities offered by the Mexican government and the possibility for Indian investors to have a dialogue with officials from different levels of the government as well.
All events within the framework of this forum will take place in the morning of Mexico City/evening of New Delhi (8:00 hrs - 10:30 hrs Mexico City time / 19:30 hrs - 22:00 hrs New Delhi time).
