Display of sample-products at SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE for establishing contacts with visiting Overseas Buyers

Re : Display of sample-products at SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE for establishing contacts with visiting Overseas Buyers.

As you are aware, the Council maintains a TRADE CENTRE at its Head Office in Mumbai, which functions as a sourcing-point for visiting overseas Buyers.  The display of sample-products at the SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE enables the visiting international importers to choose the right products from the collection on display and negotiate business with concerned members.  The SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE is updated periodically, so as to give visitors an overview of the latest spectrum of man-made textiles manufactured in India under one roof.  The SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE also does help the Council to hold one-to-one business meetings between Indian manufacturers/exporters and visiting overseas buyers, which often result in fruitful long-term business contacts and orders.

Please note, this facility for displaying sample-products for the ready reference of visiting foreign Buyers at the SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE is only meant for the Council’s members, and the same is absolutely cost-free.  We, therefore, invite you to avail of this facility by displaying your products at the SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE.

However, before sending your samples, you may like to note the following :

1. Size (fabric-samples) : 20” (length) x 13” (width).  As for yarns, baby yarn-cones may be sent.

2. A separate “SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE Folder” is required to be attached with each of your fabric-samples.  As regards yarn-samples, necessary product details may be given on a label on yarn cones.

3. While of Fabric-samples should contain basic product information in the appropriate box indicated on the SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE Folder, if necessary, a suitable label on yarn cones may also be used for providing information about yarn-samples. (SRTEPC Trade Centre Folders may be collected absolutely cost-free by those interested in availing the above mentioned not-to-be-missed opportunity from the SRTEPC Office in Mumbai by the Council’s members).

It may be noted here that all business meetings with visiting buyers at the SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE are being organized on the basis of the availability of information and sample-products at the SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE.  You are, therefore, invited to grab this unique opportunity by sending your exhibits at the earliest to the SRTEPC TRADE CENTRE to meet International Buyers, as and when they visit your Council.
