Amendment in Notification No. 12/97-Customs (NT) dated 2nd April, 1997

Sub: Amendment in Notification No. 12/97-Customs (NT) dated 2^nd April, 1997   

Dear Member,    

This is to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 14 /2022-Customs (N.T.) dated 03^rd March, 2022 by making following amendments in Notification No. 12/97-Customs (NT) dated 2^nd April, 1997 relating to Inland Container Depots for loading and unloading of goods. 

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, relating to the State of Gujarat, in column (3) the item (ix), and the corresponding entry thereto in column (4) shall be omitted. 

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
