TO MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL,
Dear Sir/s,
This is in continuation to our earlier Circular message dated 19th March 2016. As you are aware, the Council is organizing a mega Exhibition of textiles in Dhaka under the MAI Scheme in association with the High Commission of India in Dhaka and with the support of the Ministries of Commerce & Industry and Textiles, Government of India. The mega programme will also be supported by the leading Trade Bodies of Textiles & Clothing in Bangladesh to attract leading Buyers to visit the Event for discussing business with their Indian counterparts during the Exhibition. Service of a professional Event Management Agency, M/s. Triune (PTE) Ltd. will be deployed by the Council to organize various requirements of the Exhibition.
Out of 50 booths, the Council will be allotting approximately 8 booths of 6 sq.mtrs to those exporters who will apply for 6 sq.mtrs on First-cum-First Served basis.
Participation charges :
Rs.1,10,000 for a furnished booth of 9 Sqm
Rs.85,000 for a furnished booth of 6 sq.mtrs
For a furnished booth of 9 sq.mtrs :
i. 1 Discussion table (preferably round)
ii. 3 Chairs
iii. Adequate lights inside booths
iv. 1 power socket
v. 1 waste paper basket
vi. Name of participating company on the fascia of the booth
vii 2 Fabric Display Stands/3 Yarn Shelves (depending on the exhibits)
For a furnished booth of 6 sq.mtrs :
i. 1 Discussion table (preferably round)
ii. 2 Chairs
iii. Adequate lights inside booths
iv. 1 power socket
v. 1 waste paper basket
vi. Name of participating company on the fascia of the booth
vii 1 Fabric Display Stand or 1 Yarn Shelf (depending on the exhibit)
All other details regarding arrangements by the Council to the member-participants remain the same.
Members interested in participating in the Exhibition are requested to send their “Application Form” (download) duly filled-in along with the full participation fees by cheque/DD to be drawn in favour of “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council, Mumbai” at the earliest but not later than 26th April, 2016. Amount of participation fee can also be paid to the Council through RTGS on the basis of Bank details provided in the Application Form.
