Sub: Enlistment of Pre-Shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIA) under Para 2.55 of HBP 2015-2020
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that DGFT has issued Public Notice No. 16/2015-2020 dated 24th June, 2022 by making additions in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-20 in terms of Para 2.55(d) of HBP 2015-20 with immediate effect.
Further, additional areas of operation in respect of two existing PSIAs (i.e Sr Nos. 2 and 3) and additional instruments in respect of three existing PSIAs have also been notified.
