Dear Sir,
Sub: Renewal of Council's Membership for the year 2016-2017
We have already sent to you the Subscription memo for renewal of your membership for the year 2016-2017 by post. The membership fee should be paid immediately. The annual fee is Rs.11,393/- (including service tax 14.50%). However for Companies submitting S.S.I. Certificate for Synthetic and Rayon Textile items, the fee is only Rs.7385/- (including service tax 14.50%).
Please note that for Renewal of Membership you need to submit your Company details & a Self-Certified Statement of exports made during the previous two years ( i.e. 2014-15 & 2015-16) on synthetic/rayon products which fall under the purview of our Council. Kindly fill & send your details as per format (download) along with the payment to renew your membership.
It may be informed that the Council has to comply for amendments in the Council’s Article of Association as per the FTP 2015-2020. Accordingly, for renewing the membership it is made mandatory to submit the export figures, self-certified. You may kindly note that, if the export figures are not provided we are not able to renew your Membership. However, your company can take membership as New Member.
In view of the above, you have an option to take a New Membership by paying an additional amount as per the Fees applicable to your company. The details of New Membership Fees (Rates) are given as below :
The Fees for New Membership :
For SSI Member Rs. 8645/-
For Non SSI Member Rs. 12652/-
You are therefore, requested to kindly provide the Export Amounts for financial year 2014-15 & 2015-16 in the Form attached or you may send a cheque for difference amount of New Membership applicable to your case as stated above.
If you are taking new Membership, kindly send a new application form along the cheque for difference amount of new membership. You may down load the new application form from the Council Website.
We look forward to the renewal of your Membership and would request you to send us the subscription amount eligible to your company by crossed Cheque or Demand Draft * drawn in favour of "The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council" payable at Mumbai at the earliest. Members may also pay the renewal fee at the Regional Offices of the Council both at New Delhi and Surat to expedite the process.

NOTE: Members whose RCMC has completed five years of Registration from the original date of issue are advised to apply for a fresh Registration.
