Sub: Seeking suggestions for expansion of Negative List (Appendix 5F) of EPCG Scheme

Dear Member,      

The Council has received a message from the O/o Additional DGFT, Mumbai seeking inputs/suggestions from Members of Trade for expansion of Negative List (Appendix 5F) of Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) scheme.

As you are aware, DGFT vide its Public Notice No. 47/ 2015-20 dated 6^th December, 2017 had notified Appendix 5F (List of Capital Goods not permitted/ permitted subject to specific conditions for import under EPCG Scheme) under FTP 2015-20.

In this regard, you may kindly suggest items which are manufactured substantially in India and can be procured only against Advance Release Order (ARO) or Invalidation and send us your suggestions/inputs at es@srtepc.in and srtepc@srtepc.in in the given format by tomorrow till 3 P.M.: 

Members may kindly make a note of the above and provide your inputs on an urgent basis for enabling us to do the needful.
