Sub: Clarification regarding benefit under Incremental Export Incentivisation Scheme (IEIS) notified vide Notification No.27 dated 28th December 2012.
Dear Member,
As informed to you earlier vide Council’s Circular No.ES/ 53 /2015-16 dated January 28, 2016 regarding Judgement announced by Mumbai High Court on the issue of Incremental Export Incentivization Scheme (IEIS) after the legal proceeding.
The Council is glad to inform you now that DGFT has issued Trade Notice No.4/2016 dated 5th May, 2016 notifying that all exporters are entitled for 2% incentive for Incremental Export Incentivisation Scheme (IEIS) for the last quarter of 2012-13.
