Re : Invitation to participate in RBSM to discuss business with invited Foreign Buyers in Surat during August 2016
As you are aware, SRTEPC is organizing a unique Event called “Source India” in Surat International Exhibition & Convention Centre (SIECC) under the programme of Reverse Buyers Sellers Meet (RBSM) on August 13 & 14, 2016. This 2- day flagship Exhibition of the Council, which is an important initiative of the Ministry of Textiles with the financial support of the Ministry of Commerce, offers an excellent opportunity to member-companies of the Council to showcase their exclusive range of products at Source India for discussing business with their prospective Foreign Buyers from more than 36 countries-sitting right in Surat, Gujarat. In this regard, the Council has already received confirmation from 70 Buyers representing 31 Countries. A List of countries with number of buyers visiting Source India Surat Programme is attached (click to download) herewith for your information. The Council is also in the process of receiving confirmation an additional number of around 30 Buyers within the next 3 weeks. This includes big Delegation of Buyers from highly potential textile importing countries including Egypt, Morocco, Vietnam, Pakistan and Turkey. The Council is inviting all these foreign Buyers with complimentary 2-way air tickets, hotel accommodations and local transportation with part funding of our Govt.
Furthermore around 200 Buyers of textiles from Foreign Buying Houses, Retail Chain Stores, Textile Trading Companies etc. based in India are also being invited by the Council by organizing Road Shows at Select cities in India.
As for the other details of the Mega Buyers Sellers Meet (Source India), more than 100 member-companies of different product groups including suitings, shirtings, dress materials, fashion fabrics/accessories, made-ups, home textiles, technical textiles, yarn and fibre of different varieties are scheduled to participate in this exclusive Show of Textiles, which is a “not-to-be-missed opportunity” for any company -- striving for developing trade-contacts for exporting its products to discerning Buyers abroad.
As for the promotion of visit of overseas Buyers to Source India, In order to enable the Council to attract leading Buyers/Importers of textiles from the potential importing countries across the world including those engaged into the production of apparels like Bangladesh, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Thailand, which regularly source their requirements of fabrics & yarn outside their countries, the Council is inviting 100 discerning Foreign Buyers from more than 36 Countries -- covering Asia, Middle East & Gulf, Africa, Latin America, Europe and Australia. In this regard, we may mention here that all participating member-companies will be given an exclusive directory of invited Foreign Buyers during the programme for their personal guide, which will not be available to others for six months.
To make this Mega programme of Buyers Sellers Meet at Source India a rewarding experience -- both for Buyers and exhibiting member-companies, Fashion Shows, Theme Pavilion, Seminars/Workshops including a Networking Gala Dinner are also being organized.
Participation fees for Standard booths -- admeasuring 6 & 9 Sqm sizes are Rs. 75,000/- and Rs.1,05,000 plus 15% Service Tax respectively. Security deposit (refundable) of Rs.5,000/- per participant to cover any penalty charges needs to be given by a separate cheque to be drawn in favour “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council” Mumbai
