Sub: All India Drawback Clearance Drive-2016 1st July to 30th September 2016 – Reg.
Dear Member,
We are glad to inform you that the Delhi Exporters Association is organizing an “Annual All India Drawback Clearance Drive” to clear all pending Drawback Claims throughout the country from 1st July to 30th September 2016.
The Drawback Clearance Drive was inaugurated by Shri Najib Shah, Chairman, CBEC. Shri Rajiv Talwar, Joint Secretary (Drawback), Shri Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Director (Drawback) and Shri Anil Varma, President, Delhi Exporters Association were present during the occasion.
It may be informed that the Board has issued instructions vide File No. 609/14/2014DBK dated 30/06/2016, to All Principal Chief Commissioners/ Chief Commissioners with regard to the launch of Special Drive from 1st July to 30th September 2016 to resolve pending issues in drawback cases.
In this connection, the Delhi Exporters Association has requested the Council to inform our members to avail the benefit of this Drive in clearing the pending Drawback claims, if any.
Members are requested to send their list of pending drawback claims in separate Format for each Port to facilitate submission of these claims to the Delhi Exporters Association as per the Format(download).
You may send the above information to the Council at the earliest by Email to: es@srtepc.in and sybil@srtepc.in so that Council can take it up with the concerned and also share the information with the Delhi Exporters Association for taking up with the respective Customs Clearance Port.
Members are requested to take note of the Drive period and avail the optimum benefit out of it by sending your Pending Drawback claims to the Council at the earliest.
