IMPORTANT & URGENT
Dear Sir,
Sub: Renewal of Membership for 2016-2017 for purpose of Election Last date – 14th July, 2016
Please refer to our circular no: Sec/Mem/198 dated 22nd March, 2016 along with our subscription memo and subsequent reminders requesting you to renew membership of the Council for the year 2016-2017. We regret to inform you that the Council has not received your payment for membership renewal till date.
Hence you are once again requested to send the membership Subscription fee for the year 2016-2017 amounting to Rs.11,443/- (Rs.7,418/- only for S.S.I. Units) so as to reach the Council latest by 14th July, 2016. The Membership and Registration (RCMC) of those who do not pay the membership fee may be cancelled without further notice.
We would also like to inform you that only those members who renew their membership by 14th July, 2016 shall be considered eligible to vote and stand for election at the next Annual General Meeting of the Council to be held on 16th of September, 2016.
