Dear Member,

Sub: Issues being faced by Exporters to the USA -reg

This Council has received a request from the Department of Commerce (DOC), Ministry of Commerce and Industry regarding challenges, including Non-tariff Barriers being faced by the Exporters while exporting to the USA.

In this regard, we request the Member-exporters to provide their views/comments and inputs in detail, so that the same can be taken up by the DOC with the US counterparts, if necessary.

Therefore, we request you to kindly send the inputs today positively or by tomorrow before 12 o’clock by email to ed@srtepc.in and baruah@srtepc.in.
