Sub: Amendment in Custom Rules 2016.

Dear Member,

We would like to inform you that the Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) has issued Notification No.100/2016 – Customs (N.T.) dated 14^th July, 2016 making the following rules to amend the Customs (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty for Manufacture of Excisable Goods) Rules, 2016 namely-

Short title and commencement-

1. These rules may be called the Customs (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty for Manufacture of Excisable Goods) Second (Amendment) Rules, 2016.
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
