Sub: Non-receipt of Bank Realization Certificates
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that the Office of the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai has issued a Facility Notice No. 08/2016-17 dated 18th August, 2016 on the above subject.
In this connection, OSD (DBK)’s instructions vide F. No. F.No609/59/2012-DBK dated 27th November, 2015, Public Notice No. 19/2015 dated 02nd December, 2015 and Facility Notice No. 10/2015 were issued vide F. No- S/3-GEN1/2014-DBK(XOS) ACC, wherein members were requested to submit the details of realization received certificates from their Authorized Dealer/Chartered Accountant for EDI shipping bills with LEO date from 01/04/2013 to 31/03/2014 not later than 27/01/2016.
In view of the above, Public Notice No. 32/2016 dated 02nd February,2016 was issued vide F. No. S/3-GEN-l/2014-DBK(XOS) ACC, extending the time limit for submission of BRCs/Negative Statements on or before 24/02/2016, as there was no reply for submission of BRC's/Negative Statements from Authorized Dealer/ CA by the members, Accordingly, the Show Cause Notice were issued to the concerned exporters.
This Public notice is being issued to sensitize all the members that in case their figures in the list given in the Facility Notice 08/2016-17 dated 18.08.2016 then they should immediately contact the Dy. Commissioner of Customs, Drawback XOS Section, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri(East), Mumbai between 22/08/2016 to 29/08/2016 for Personal Hearing (consider the same as open Personal Hearing date on all working days and within working hours), failing which the Show Cause Notice will be decided on the basis of available records.
