 Sub: Implementation of “Service Delivery Excellence Model” called “SEVOTTAM” in General Commissionerate of Air Cargo Complex.

Dear Member,

This is to inform you that the Office of the Commissioner of Customs (General ) Sahar Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai has issued Public notice No.32/ 2016-17 dated 17th August, 2016 on the above subject.

In this connection, attention is invited to the Public Notice No. 40/2015-16 dated 15.03.2016.

Members are hereby informed that the Disposal of SAD Refund Claim Service has been added in the implementation of SEVOTTAM.

Accordingly, following services would provided at Air Cargo Complex (General) under the ‘’Sevottam’’;
