Sub: Action Plan to reduce Litigations
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that the Office of the Commissioner of Customs, NS- V, JNCH- Nhava Sheva has issued Public Notice No.120/2016 dated 09th September, 2016 regarding action plan to reduce litigations.
In this connection, the Department has filed an application for withdrawal of 04 cases from High Court and 162 cases from CESTAT, of which 03 cases from High Court and 162 cases from CESTAT have already been ordered as withdrawn.
You may kindly refer to the above given Public Notice for the details of the cases.
Members are requested to make note of the above.
