Sub: Setting up of ‘Customs Clearance Facilitation Committee’ (CCFC) for Land Customs Stations and Inland Container Depots

This is to inform you that the Central Board of Excise & Customs has issued Circular No. 44/2016- Customs dated 22.09.2016 regarding setting up of Customs Clearance Facilitation Committee for Land Customs Stations and Inland Container Depots.
In this connection, attention is invited to Board’s Circular No. 13/2015- Customs dated 13.04.2015 with respect to setting up of Customs Clearance Facilitation Committees at each sea port and airport tasked with the responsibility of ensuring expeditious Customs clearance of imported and exported goods.
