Sub: - Questionnaire in English and Turkish languages
Dear Member,
Kindly refer to our earlier Circular No.ES/131/ 2016-17 dated 04.10.2016 and Circular No.ES/99/2016-17 dated 15.09 2016 regarding initiation of an interim review investigation by the Ministry of Economy of Turkey regarding prevention of dumping imposed on the import of “others, made of polyester” tariff position 5402.47 of Indian origin defined as “fully drawn yarn made of polyester”.
In this connection, we are enclosing herewith the Questionnaire received from Ministry of Economy of Turkey in English and Turkish languages for doing the needful.
Members may kindly make note of the above and do the needful.
