Sub: - Single Window Project-Implementation of Risk based criteria for clearance of consignments related to Participating Government Agencies (PGAs)
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that Mumbai Customs has issued Public Notice No. 135/2016 dated 19.10.2016 on the above subject.
In this connection, attention is invited to Board’s Instructions No. 450/146/2015-Cus-IV dated 31.08.2016, informing about implementation of Risk based criteria for Participating Government Agencies (PGAs).
Accordingly, Risk Management System has been modified to provide Risk based selection for NOC to field formations in respect of Participating Government Agencies (PGAs).
Members may kindly make note of the above.
