Sub: Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting called by DGFT
Dear Member,
As you are aware, DGFT initiated holding Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting to discuss issues relating to redressal of grievances of trade and industry pertaining to the Foreign Trade Policy and procedures. Last Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting was held on 21st September, 2016 at the Office of DGFT, New Delhi.
In this connection, the Council has now received a message from DGFT informing us that the Meeting of the Grievance Committee will be held under the Chairmanship of the newly elected DGFT – Shri A.K.Bhalla, IAS. This meeting is scheduled to be held in New Delhi in December 2016 tentatively.
Members will be intimated the final date, time and venue in due course.
In the meanwhile you are requested to kindly make a note of the above and send us your grievances/issues to be taken up during the Meeting at the following email id (es@srtepc.org) latest by 21st November to enable the Council to send the agenda points for the said meeting to DGFT. The Council will be representing the Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting to take up the matter of the members.
We have been informed by Office of DGFT that points sent later than the suggested date will not be taken up by DGFT. Hence kindly send us your issues at the earliest.
