As you are perhaps aware, the Council has already circulated a message for inviting your company’s participation in EXPOCOMER PANAMA, which is scheduled to be held from 22 to 25 March 2017 in Panama. In this connection, we would like to inform you that since the last date for availing “Early Bird Discount” of Rs.5000/- (on participation fee of Rs.2.25 lakhs) is 2nd February, 2017 (Thursday), which is fast approaching, we would like to receive your confirmation for participation in EXPOCOMER PANAMA very soon. Since a limited number of member-companies will be offered MDA facility, confirmation for participation will be given on “First-come-First-serve” basis. Incidentally, we would like to bring it to your kind notice that for availing MDA grant of Rs.1.25 lakhs for participation in the Exhibition in Panama, any company, irrespective of its Annual Turnover, will be entitled to claim financial grant of Rs.1.25 lakhs through MDA facility. In this regard, please refer to Circular (click to view) that we sent to the member-companies, which is self-explanatory, for your ready information and appropriate actions at your end.
