Sub: Seeks to amend notification no. 01/2017-Customs (ADD) dated 05.01.2017 vide which definitive anti-dumping duty was levied on the import of â Jute Products viz. Jute Yarn/Twine (multiple folded/cabled and single), Hessian fabric and Jute sacking bags from Bangladesh or Nepal for a period of five years.

JNCH has issued Notification No. 11/2017 – Customs(ADD) dated 03.04.2017 regarding amendments in Notification No. 01/2017-Customs (ADD), dated the 5th of January, 2017 vide which definitive anti-dumping duty was levied on the import of â Jute Products viz. Jute Yarn/Twine (multiple folded/cabled and single), Hessian fabric and Jute sacking bags from Bangladesh or Nepal for a period of five years.
In the said notification, amendments have been made on import of 'Jute Products' viz. Jute Yarn/Twine under the Heading 5307, 5310, 5607 or 6305 given in the Table in the Notification No. 01/ 2017- Customs (ADD).
