Sub: Seeks to amend Notification No. 61/94(NT) - Customs, dated 21.11.1994
Dear Member,
CBEC has issued Notification No. 56/2017- Customs (N.T.) dated 23.06.2017 by amending Notification No. 61/94 (NT)- Customs, dated 21.11.1994 so as to declare Kannur International Airport as Customs Airport under sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962
In the said notification, in the Table, against the serial number 9 relating to the State of Kerala, after item (c) and the entries relating thereto in columns 3 and 4, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

‘’ (d) Kannur |
Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods.’’ |
