Sub: Implementation of GST in Customs – 24 x 7 Helpdesk at ACC

Dear Member,

Sahar Air Cargo Customs has issued  Public  No. 20/ 2017 dated 29.06.2017 , Public Notice No. 21/ 2017 dated 29.062017 and Public Notice No. 22/ 2017 dated 29.06.2017 on the above subject.

A helpdesk for co-ordination and facilitation of members of Trade for roll out of GST in customs is being constituted at Air Cargo Complex as under:

  1. Area of Work for the Team
  2. Bill of Entry related issues
  3. Shipping Bill and GSTIN Entity identification
  4. Export Invoice & Item
  5. Changes in Drawback Declarations
  6. Transitory Provisions for BE
  7. Levy and Collection of IGST and Declarations of CETH
  8. IGST Rates
  9. CVD Rates
  10. Compensation Cess Rates
  11. NCCD Rates
  12. Other Cesses
  13. Miscellaneous

The helpdesk will provide 24x7 support to all concerned in regard to procedural or technical issues/problems/queries pertaining to GST in Customs.

In view of the above, members may kindly refer to the above Public Notices for the contact details of the officials that have been constituted for attending to queries of members of Trade.
