Sub:  Amendments in the Central Excise Rules, 2002 and CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004.   

Dear Member,

CBEC has issued the following notifications by making amendments in the Central Excise Rules, 2002 and CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004.   

• Notification No. 19/2017-C. Ex (N.T.) dated 30.06.2017 by notifying the new Central Excise Rules, 2017. These rules shall come into force on the 01^st day of July, 2017 and shall extends to the whole of India.

Members may kindly make note of the same.
