TO NOT RENEWED MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL
Dear Sir,
Sub: Renewal of Membership for 2017-2018 for purpose of Election. - Last date – 20th July 2017.
Please refer to our circular no: Sec/Mem/2172 dated 14th March, 2017 along with our subscription memo and subsequent reminders requesting you to renew membership of the Council for the year 2017-2018. We regret to inform you that the Council has not received your payment for membership renewal till date.
Further please note that due to levy of G.S.T @ 18% w.e.f. 1st July, 2017 onwards , the membership renewal fee now applicable to your firm is Rs.11,741/- and for S.S.I. Units, the membership renewal fee is Rs.7611/-.
Please mention your G.S.T. number while making the payment.
Hence you are once again requested to send the membership Subscription fee for the year 2017-2018 amounting to Rs.11,741 (Rs.7611/- only for S.S.I. Units) so as to reach the Council latest by 20th July, 2017.
We would also like to inform you that only those members who renew their membership by 20th July, 2017 shall be considered eligible to vote and stand for election at the next Annual General Meeting of the Council to be held on 28th of September, 2017.
Meanwhile, if in case you have already sent the renewal fee, please ignore this communication.
