CBEC has issued Notification No. 77/2017- Customs (N.T.) dated 04.08.2017 by notifying the India - Korea Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (Bilateral Safeguard Measures) Rules, 2017
These rules may be called the India- Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (Bilateral Safeguard Measures) Rules, 2017 and shall come into force on the date of their publication in this Official Gazette.
For more information, members may kindly refer to the above Notification No. 77/2017- customs (NT) and make note of the same.
