Dear Sir,
Renewal of Membership
I am glad to note that you have been a member of the Council over the years.
We have benefited from your patronage and involvement in the activities of the Council. However, I understand that you have still not renewed your membership for the financial year 2017-18. The Council has sent to you reminders and we have been following up on this matter with you. You may kindly take note and advise your office to immediately renew your membership, if it has inadvertently escaped your kind attention.
As already informed, non payment of membership Subscription will lead to discontinuation of membership as well as cancellation of the Registration-cum-Membership certificate (RCMC) issued to you and also withdrawing of advantage of the various services of the Council including participation in our export promotional programmes in various countries and benefits under the MAI Scheme.
In view of the above , I once again appeal to you to send the Membership Subscription fee for the year 2017-2018 amounting to Rs.11,741- (Rs.7611/- only for S.S.I. Units) at the earliest.
I count on your prompt response and the privilege of offering you the continued services of the Council.
