Sub: Refund SMS Seva for refund claims filed at JNCH, Nhava Sheva
Dear Member,
The Council is glad to inform that JNCH (Nhava Sheva) has issued Public Notice No. 133/ 2017 dated 17.10.2017 intimating about its new facility of Refund SMS Seva for refund claims, as a part of transparency and ‘Ease of doing business’.
JNCH has launched Refund SMS Seva for Centralised Refund Section (CRC) and Special Additional Duty (SAD) where the claimant will be intimated through SMS at every stage of refund processing.
To avail this facility, it is essential that mobile number and functional email id of the claimant/ authorized person should be submitted along with refund claims so that they will be intimated about the status of their refund claim.
