Sub : Refund claims of IGST with customs authorities
With reference to above, the Council has received a communication from the Office of the Additional DGFT, Mumbai requesting it to arrange to obtain information relating to the names of Companies which could not get their refund claims on IGST till date.
Also, it will help the Council to know if you could indicate the amount of refund claims which are still pending.
Since this information is very urgently needed by the O/o DGFT, Delhi from the member-exporters by the Council today itself i.e. 18/10/2017 till 3: 00 p.m, it will greatly be appreciated by us if you could kindly spare some of your precious time to send us your reply on high priority basis.
Please note that inputs furnished by you will make a case for us to send a reply to the concerned authority to get your pending refund claims attended to expeditiously.
This information is sought by the Office of DGFT. The Council therefore requests you to kindly intimate the same on the following email id: firstname.lastname@example.org today itself by 3.00 P.M. to enable us to forward the desired information so that DGFT/Commerce Secretary could apprise the same to the concerned authorities for refund of claim.
