Sub: Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting called by Additional DGFT, Mumbai on Thursday, 09th November, 2017 at 3.00 pm
Dear Member,
The Council has received a communication from the Office of Additional DGFT, Mumbai that the next Meeting of the Grievance Committee will be held under the Chairmanship of the Additional DGFT, Dr. Sonia Sethi, IAS on 9th November, 2017 (Thursday) at 3.00 PM in the Conference Hall of the Addl. DGFT, Mumbai Office.
In this connection, you are requested to kindly make a note of the above and send us your grievances/ issues (as per the format given below) to be taken up during the Meeting at the following email id (es@srtepc.in) latest by 30th October, 2017 (Monday) to enable the Council to send the agenda points for the said meeting to Addl. DGFT, Mumbai. The Council will be representing the Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting to take up the matter of the members.

The Office of Addl. DGFT will not entertain any issues/ grievances reported after 2nd November, 2017.. Hence, kindly send us your issues latest by 30th October, 2017.
