Revised dates of “PREMIERE VISION ISTANBUL”, Turkey from 7th to 9th March 2018

Re : Revised dates of “PREMIERE VISION ISTANBUL”, Turkey from 7th to 9^th March 2018 (instead of earlier 21^st to 23^rd March, 2018)

(Last date for filing online Application to the Organizers is 5^th December, 2017)

Kindly refer the Council’s earlier trailing emailed messages for organizing participation of Indian companies in PREMIERE VISION ISTANBUL in Turkey, which was earlier scheduled to be held from 21^st to 23^rd March 2018. However, we would like to inform you that the Organizers of PREMIERE VISION in Turkey has now rescheduled the dates of the Fair. New dates for the 8^th edition of the Fair in Istanbul are from 7^th to 9^th March 2018.

Though the other details of the Fair remain unchanged, for your easy perusal and ready reference, we are reproducing the highlights of the Fair on the basis of the following:

1. Rescheduled/New Dates: 7^th to 9^th March 2018.
2. Timings: Daily from 10 am to 6 pm for visitors.
3. Place / Venue : ICC Istanbul Congress Center, Istanbul, Turkey
4. Total number of Exhibitors: 45.
5. Entry to the Venue by Exhibitors: 8.30 am on day 1, and at 9 am on day 2 and 3.
6. Average number of Visitors to the Fair: Around 7500 renowned Buyers, representatives of leading buying houses/retail chain stores, Fashion Designers, prominent opinion makers / Industry-heads do visit the Fair to meet their future sourcing requirements of textiles/clothing.
7. Standard size of booth: 12 sqm, though different sizes of bigger booths are also available. However, a few booths of 6sqm size are also available for design based company.
8. Booth Package: While the composition of furnitures, Product display equipments etc. will vary on the specific size of booths, all booths will have Tables, Chairs, Waste Baskets, Hangers, Signage, Power supply and spot lights.
9. Participation Charge: Euro 4234 (12 sqm @ Euros 299 per sqm + 18% VAT)/ around INR 3,23,000/-
10. Special subsidized charge: Though Organizers of the Fair offer no discount/special price, as the SRTEPC Program in Premiere Vision Istanbul is approved by the Ministry of Commerce, an estimated amount of Rs. 1.40 lakhs will be reimbursed by the Council to each of the participants for booking a booth of 12 sqm.
11. Reimbursement on Air-fares: Eligible companies on the basis of erstwhile MDA Schemes will also be offered reimbursement of an estimated amount of Rs.40,000 towards part costs of their airfares (One person only).
12. Participation of companies in the above Fair with subsidized charges will be accepted on “First-Come-First-Served” basis.
13. Cancellation charges/Withdrawal from participation in the above Fair will be decided on the basis of the standard guidelines of the Organizers of Premiere Vision Istanbul.

Why to participate in PREMIERE VISION ISTANBUL?

Textile Market of Turkey

Currently, Turkey is a US$ 10 billion market for textile and apparel. However, India’s share in Turkey’s global import of textile & apparel products is only 7%, i.e., US$ 0.78 billion.

• Leading suppliers : China, USA, Italy, etc.
• Share of India : 7% (US$ 0.78 billion)
• India’s share of Cotton, cotton yarn/fabrics : 4%
• India’s share of Silk : 3%
• India’s share of Jute : 2%
• India’s woolen goods : 0.57%
• India’s share of Articles of apparel, accessories, knit or crochet : 3%
• India’s share of Articles of apparel, accessories, not knit or crochet : 3% 

How to apply (Please note this very carefully) : 1^st Category of prospective participants: Members of the Council, who already participated in any of the PREMIERE VISION brand of Fairs in any country, or have been earlier listed by the Organizers for participation in this premier category of International Fair, can directly confirm their participation with the Council.

2^nd & final Category of prospective participants: However those who do not fall in the above mentioned 1^st category, as requested by a separate Circular of the Council, in case, you have not so far approached to the Organizers, since the last date for your Application to the Organizers will expiry on 5^th December 2017 (Tuesday), you need to immediately approach to the Organizers on the lines suggested by the Council. In this regard, we have just recently given you the following link to directly contact the Organizers of the Fair for being part of the process for getting your company listed for subsequent participation in the Fair by providing Preliminary level information:

In this regard, all those companies which are approaching to the Organizers to get first their company listed for participation in the Fair may also like to keep the Council informed for necessary follow-ups to help Organizers expedite the process. However, in the event of any difficulty, you may also contact the Council for necessary help/assistance in the matter very soon.

Special care for providing necessary inputs through the above link to the Organizers for considering to register your company as an eligible participant by the Organizer in PREMIER VISION ISTANBUL:

1. First, please go through the above link given by the Organizers.
2. Please note, this is a Preliminary level of information, which the Organizers would like to receive in the beginning from all those who are applying for the first time for registering their companies with the Organizers to participate in the PREMIER VISION ISTANBUL Fair.
3. When you provide the preliminary information as first timer through the given link, and also if the Organizers find the same in order, as per their internal assessment, than at the next level they will request you to fill-up another Application Form to provide some additional information on certain matters to finally decide the eligibility of your company to participate in PREMIERE VISION ISTANBUL.
4. While the concerned Executive of your company provides the preliminary details through the above link to the Organizers, one needs to take special care on the following points:

• One needs to provide your varieties of your exclusive textile items that are sold in the European market and around.
• Of the Machineries you have for producing your textiles, please mention the most advance ones and others that you are currently using.
• Give your Company’s financial and administrative structure appropriately on the basis of specific online requirements.

5. Criteria and Selection Process of Exhibitors: Since all the new applicants need to provide Preliminary information, and if qualified for the next and final round of information to the Organizers, in order to enable our applicants to provide information to the Organizers effectively with an aim to get their companies listed for participation in PREMIERE VISION brand of exhibitions, please refer: “Criteria and Selection Process of Exhibitors”.

In view of the above, since the last date for applying to the Organizers for listing your company through eligibility criteria is expiring on 5^th December 2017 (Tuesday), we request you to treat this message as most urgent and immediate for applying online to the Organizers. We may again mention here that since Premiere Vision is one of the most internationally branded Fairs in the world, and it is a dream/aspiration of every company of textiles/clothings to participate in the said branded exhibitions organized in prominent location in the world, the Council, as part of its initiative to help its member-companies to be listed for participation in the above mentioned Fair, we are sure you will consider it as a not-to-be-missed-opportunity, and hence will promptly take appropriate steps.
