Re: Participation in Hong Kong Fashion Week Fall/Winter from 15 to 18 January 2018

With reference to the above-mentioned caption heading, we would like to inform you that Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) is organizing the participation of Indian companies in Hong Kong Fashion Week – Fall/Winter. The basic details of the Event are as under :

Name of the Event: Hong Kong Fashion Week for fall/winter

Dates : 15 to 18 January, 2018

Venue: Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Participation fee: Rs.2.90 lakhs for a furnished booth of 9 sqm.

Cancellation policy: Withdrawal will be subject to following:

45% of the participation charges will be forfeited if the exporter withdraws after confirmation of participation by the Council and other exporters on wait list confirms their participation. There will be forfeiture of 65% of participation fee if no other exporter is on the wait list.
100% forfeiture in case of no show of the fair.
Non-grant of relevant visa shall not qualify for any relief

Incidentally, we would like to inform you that SRTEPC is scheduled to organize participation of its member-companies in Hong Kong Fashion Week for spring/summer from 9 to 12 July, 2018 with a special package. Accordingly, the Council will send a detailed Circular-message after some time to obtain confirmation for participation of its member-companies.
