Sub: Seeks to amend notification No. 82/2017-Customs dated 27.10.2017 to amend the effective rate of customs duty of tariff item 6001 9200.
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that the CBEC has issued Notification No.01/2018-Customs dated 05.01.2018 by amending the effective rate of customs duty of tariff item 6001 9200 (Pile fabrics of Man- made fibres) given in the Notification No. 82/2017- Customs dated 27.10.2017.
In the said notification, against S. No. 157, for the entry in column (4), the entry “20% or Rs. 100 per kg, whichever is higher”, shall be substituted.
