Re: Invitation to participate in "Stand Alone Exhibition" -- Indian Textile Exhibition in Istanbul, Turkey coinciding with the dates of PV Istanbul from 7 to 9 March 2018
Kindly refer to the Council's earlier Circular messages for confirming participation of its member-companies in "Premiere Vision Istanbul", which is scheduled to be held from 7 to 9 March 2018 at ICC Istanbul Congress Center, Istanbul, Turkey.
In this regard, as the participation in PV Istanbul is accepted by the Turkish Organizers on the basis of prior registration / listing by the Organizers of PV Istanbul, and also on the basis of recent feedbacks from the Organizers, we understand that only a very handful number of companies may finally be certified to participate in PV Istanbul, considering high potential & vibrant Turkish Market of Textiles / Clothing for importing Indian textiles, SRTEPC is proposing to organize participation of its member-companies in an alternative Exhibition, as mentioned in the caption-heading.
Since the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India may not grant MAI funding for participation in PV Istanbul with participation of a very small number of companies, and also the Council doesn't want to miss out participation of its member-companies in the all important Turkish Market, in case, a sizeable number of SRTEPC member-companies (25 companies) decides to participate in the above mentioned alternative proposed program of the Council, SRTEPC will seek approval of the Govt. for MAI funding for participation in suggested Event.
In view of the above, as time availability is small to organize various requirements of the exhibition, we shall appreciate your feedback in the form of "Yes" or "No" to SRTEPC latest by 17th January, 2018.
We, therefore, look forward to receiving your "Feedbacks" at the earliest, but not later than 17th January, 2018, as mentioned above.
