Sub.: Special Drive for finalization of Provisional Assessment of B/Es pending in EPCG (7G), Export Commissionerate, ACC

Dear Member,

Air Cargo Complex Customs (Sahar) has issued Facility Notice No. 28/2018 dated 15.01.2018 on the above mentioned subject.

A special drive has been launched by the Export Commissionerate of Customs, ACC for disposal of pending cases of Provisional Assessment and to bring the pendency at zero- level at the earliest.

The data of pending Provisional Assessment cases of the EPCG (Group – 7G) section has been retrieved from EDI section and the same is uploaded on website www.accmumbai.gov.in.

A Special Task Force (STF) is constituted at EPCG (Group- 7G) Section, ACC, Sahar, Mumbai. The details is given below:

1. Shri Yogesh Yadhav, Assistant Commissioner (Mob. 8586856507)
2. Shri Balshiram Gadhave, Appraiser (Mob. 9869516878)
3. Shri Subhash Kumar, Preventive Officer (Mob. 022- 26816690)
4. Shri Sameer Meena, Tax Assistant (Mob. 8169823289)

Members of trade need to submit the following documents to the STF for finalization of Provisional Assessment cases in the Customs EDI system.

1. Special Valuation Branch (SVB) order, if any,
2. Approval for which the issue is pending, if any.

A monthly meeting is proposed to be conducted for speedy finalization of cases pertaining to SVB, New Customs House, Mumbai at ACC, Mumbai.

In case you have any pending Provisional Assessment cases relating to EPCG (Group – 7G) Section, please submit the above documents to the STF for finalization in the Customs EDI system.

Members are requested to make a note of the above and do the needful.
