We would like to inform you that Powerloom Development & Export Promotion Council (PDEXCIL) is organizing participation of member-companies in IITExpo-Colombo 2018, an Exhibition-cum-Buyer-Seller Meet from 21st to 23rd February 2018 at Hotal Galadhri. In this regard, SRTEPC is mobilizing participation of its member-companies in this Exhibition-cum-BSM. This combined Fair, which is being organized in co-ordination with various EPCs, is being organized under the MAI Scheme in association with the Embassy of India in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The Exhibition is meant for participation by Producers and Traders of textiles of different varieties, Apparels, textiles raw materials including yarn & fibres, apparel equipment/machineries, leather products and companies rendering related specialized services.
Participation fee: Rs.60,000 for a furnished booth of 9 sq. mtrs. with a booth package, which will include 1 reception counter, 1 central table, 3 chairs, 3 mt hanger rail and 4 hangers, 3 Spot lights, 1 220V power point, Dust bin, Company name on the Fascia of the Stall.
We understand from PDEXCIL that appropriate arrangements relating to Visa, Hotel Reservation, Group transportations & booking air-tickets will also be made by them.

How to confirm Participation: If interested in participating in the Fair, you are requested to immediately send your duly filled in “Application Form” along with full participation fees directly to PDEXCIL by cheque/DD to be drawn in favour of “The Powerloom Development & Export Promotion Council” at the earliest but not later than 5th February 2018 under intimation to the Council for necessary follow-ups, if required. The amount of participation charge can also be paid to PDEXCIL through Bank transfer. For details of transfer of participation fee through RTGS, kindly refer the enclosed “Application Form”.
