Sub: Workshop on Augmenting of Authorized Economic Operator (AEOs) on 16.02.2018 at Mumbai
Dear Member,
The Council is glad to inform you that the Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) is organizing a workshop on “Augmenting of AEO programme” in Mumbai.
Details of the Workshop is as follows:-
Date : 16th February, 2018 (Friday)
Time : 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm. (Registration: 1.30 pm onwards,)
Venue: “Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”, Western India Regional Council,
ICAI Tower, Plot no C-40, G Block, Opp. MCA Academy, Besides Standard Chartered Bank, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai- 400051.
The said gathering will be addressed by Shri Pranab Kumar Das, Member (Customs), CBEC.
As you may be aware, in order to improve the ease of doing business and to reduce transaction costs and time, CBEC has introduced a three tier Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) programme to provide greater benefits to the entities.
