Sub: Submission of PFMS Certificate along with TUFS claims
Dear Member,
We are glad to bring to your kind information that the Office of the Textile Commissioner (OTXC) has already cleared all the pending claims of TUFS. And for the same now the member-companies are requested to pursue with their respective Banks. Office of the Textile Commissioner has also informed that if there are further TUFS claims, the same should be submitted to the OTXC at the earliest so that the claims can be processed faster.
Further, the OTXC has informed this Council that now there is an additional requirement to provide PFMS Certificate from the banks along with the TUFS claim applications. Members are requested to pursue with their respective Banks for the PFMS Certificate and they should be careful that the claim should not be delayed for want of this Certificate from their Banks.
In this regard, member-exporters whose TUFS claims are still pending should pursue with their banks and submit further claims at the earliest so that the same can be processed.
Members are requested to kindly make a note of the above and do the needful.
