Amendments in ANF 4F & 4G of Handbook of Procedures 2015-20.

Sub: Amendments in ANF 4F & 4G of Handbook of Procedures 2015-20.

Dear Member,

The Council would like to inform you that DGFT has issued Public Notice No.63/2015-20 dated 22.02.2018 by making amendments in the following Ayat Niryat Forms :

1. ANF 4F relating to Application for Redemption/No Bond Certificate against Advance Authorisation and;
2. ANF 4G relating to Application for issue of Duty Free Import Authorisation (DFIA) (including for ARO and Invalidation Letter)

These amendments are made in the above Ayat Niryat Forms under Handbook of Procedures 2015-20 with regard to the implementation of GST and non- issuance of EP copies of shipping bills by Customs Authorities.
