Sub: CBEC notifications under Central Excise
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that the Central Board of Excise ad Customs (CBEC) has issued the following notifications relating to Central Excise.
The details are given here-below:
- Notification No.17/2018-Central Excise dated 23.02.2018- Seeking to clarify the applicability of the notification No.1/2018-Central Excise dated 02nd February, 2018, that the said notification shall not apply to the goods manufactured on or before the 1st February, 2018 and cleared on or after the 2nd February, 2018.
- Notification No.18/2018-Central Excise dated 23.02.2018- Seeking to clarify the applicability of the notification No.2/2018-Central Excise dated 02nd February, 2018, that the said notification shall not apply to the goods manufactured on or before the 1st February, 2018 and cleared on or after the 2nd February, 2018.
